HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
- CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keep the tape firmly under your arms and around your shoulder blades.
- WAIST: Measure around your waist-slightly below your belly button, or where you normally wear your pants. Place your index finger between your body and the tape to allow ease in fit.
